Doubled the size of the Universal API Management UX team in four months.
Product Delivery & Strategy
Launched multiple new products in under a year: Flex Gateway, an ultra-lightweight API gateway, API Governance, an industry-leading governance and security product, and API Experience Hub, a customizable developer portal solution.
Partnered directly with PM and product marketing leadership to build and deliver keynote demos for Dreamforce main stage.
Team Leadership & Practice
Coached designers to independently plan and run generative and usability research, embedding customer feedback into the design process.
Improved design process, operations, team health, and built lasting culture of peer mentorship and design reviews.
Shifted UX from reactive execution to proactive strategy, influencing product roadmap with design-led research and strategic vision work.
