Design lead for Workday's Financial Management product. Delivered Workday's first UX vision for Expenses through an illustrated experience storyboard and user journey. 
Selected speaker for Workday Design Week. Presented a talk on building a UX vision and including stakeholders in the design process. Beyond the UX Workshop: A Case Study on Designing with Others, May 2018.
Organized and facilitated a series of onsite and remote design thinking workshops for ~40 participants to create shared knowledge of Workday Expenses users and generate design solutions. 
Delivered designs for a transaction page feature that will be used throughout Workday as a major usability enhancement. 
Mentors designers, evangelizes user experience inside and outside the design community, supports Workday-wide UX and research initiatives.

On a team dedicated to onboarding new users, led design for the QuickBooks homepage dashboard and guided setup experiences. Partnered closely with product managers to identify, prioritize, solve customer problems, and define product requirements. Responsible for concepts, prototyping, user testing, documentation, delivery of detailed design assets to developers, and design QA during the product build. Partnered closely with visual design to develop assets and deliver high quality fit and finish.
Organized and delivered a major redesign of the QuickBooks homepage dashboard, data visualizations and setup guidance that resulted in significant user growth.
Regularly presented work to leadership and to the Intuit design community. Authored design patterns and UI components for the QuickBooks product ecosystem. Participated frequently in user research initiatives. Ran design thinking and rapid prototyping workshops, and training sessions for new hires and product managers.

Developed a research project to take inventory of Mozilla’s customer touchpoints. Presented results and insights to the company. Aided development of several international user research initiatives. Traveled to Colombia for a week for user interviews and on-location research on smart phone adoption for the Colombia Firefox OS field study.

Completed and published a masters thesis on music festival experience design. Delivered user research, interface designs and a website for the Speck Indoor Air Quality Meter. Developed an augmented reality interaction design concept video for Microsoft. Delivered and prototyped a service blueprint for The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Aided with content development and QA review for an NSF-funded visual communication learning tool for engineers.
